Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days for large orders (orders over £300) an extra 1 to 2 days  (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note processing time are different then shipping times.

Please note that in some cases delays may be possible due to delivery company issues and that out of my control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

 

I offer £5.99 flat rate shipping with standard delivery (3 to 5 business day) on orders under £50 and free standard (3-5 business day) shipping to orders over £50.

Trade Shipping Rates

 

For trade orders I offer free shipping.

International Shipping

 

I do not offer international shipping at the moment.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at info@yaydp.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

 

Please note I do not ship to P.O boxes. I will only ship to a verified address.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at info@yaydp.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
